Sprint Center gets fourth 'founding partner' - Kansas City Business Journal:

, whose brands includre Olevia televisions, is Sprint Center's fourth "foundintg partner." The sponsorship deal is part of a larger agreemenft with arena operator andinvestore . Chris Thomas, vice president of corporatd sales forSprint Center, said the sponsorship will resultr in high-definition Olevia LCD televisions being placeed throughout the arena's concourses and suites -- about 300 unita in all. "Instead of having traditional television the entire facility is going to have LCD Thomas said.
He said that Sprinr Center will be the firstf AEG property to be fully outfitted with Oleviw sets but that the sponsorship will put the sets in AEG arenqa and stadiums throughout the Among AEG's venues are Staples Center and The Home Depotg Center in Los Angeles, NOKIA Theatre Times Square in New York and Prudential Center, now under construction in New Syntax-Brillian joins UMB, and The as founding partners for Sprint Center. Thomas said arena officials are closre to announcing a few otherfounding partners. AEG usualluy tries to get 10 to 12 foundinvg partners forits facilities.
