The Dayton-based real estate company, whichg has offices in Cincinnatiand Columbia, is building a 465,000-square-footy distribution facility for Atlanta-based (NYSE: HD). The $25 million regional distributionm center will serve 150 stores in South and North Tennessee and partsof Georgia. It will allow Home Depot to offer a greater variety of products in eachindividual store. Kurt Eyring, vice presideng of constructionwith Miller-Valentine, said the building has an aggressived timetable for completion, only 28 weeks. He said the company’ds experience allows it to build the massive structureso quickly.
